American Beauty No. 600 Gen'l Purpose, Ind'l Solder Pot, 600 Watts, 2.5 lb. Capacity American Beauty 600 is similar in function to the 300 pot but larger in size. The No. 600 solder pot can be used for tinning the ends of stranded wire leads, pre-tinning small electrical parts, re-tinning of solder tips and dip soldering. This unit has a 2-1/2 lb. solder capacity and a temperature range of 350 to 850 degrees F (176 to 454 degrees C). The cast iron crucible will keep solder pure and the wide lip is perfect for accomodating additional fixtures. To increase operator safety, the dross skimmer is internal and removable.
