Chemtronics CM8 is the fast curing, peelable temporary solder masking agent. Protect PC boards, plated thru-holes, pins, posts, terminals and gold fingers during wave soldering. CM8 provides short term high temperature protection from molten solder to 515 degrees (268 deg C). Chemask will dry tack free in 15 minutes and be fully cured in 30 minutes.Chemask can also be used as a protective mask during conformal coating process for switches, pins, posts, contact and edge connectors.The latex material of this product is compatible with flux systems and stable with cleaning solvents. Chemask is easy to use -- just peel off dried Chemask masking agent. Non-flammable, non-contaminating and will not leave ionic or corrosive residue. CM8 can be applied with automated dispensers, hand dispensers or stencils.
