Kester Lead-Free "275" No-Clean Flux Wire Solder, 58 Core, .025" Dia., SN96.5 / AG3.0 /CU0.5, 1-lb Spool

"275" Lead Free No-Clean Solder is designed to reduce spattering common to most core flux solders. No-clean solder eliminates the need and additional expense of residue removal while providing excellent solderability and fast wetting to a variety of surface finishes. Residues are non-conductive, non-corrosive and do not require removal in most applications. "275" flux residues are comparable to a conventional RMA solder except that the "275" residue is clear and colorless. Recommended for SMT and hand soldering assembly applications.
