Kester Solder Paste, 256 Easy Profile No-Clean, SN63 / PB37, 600 Gram Cartridge (Kester Part No. 70-0102-0511) Kester 70-0102-0511 "256" is a no-clean solder paste for reflow profiling and stencil printing with a stable tack of 8 hours. 256 is compatible with enclosed print head systems with high print speeds to 8+ in/sec. Highly active on all substrates including OSPs. Most applications will not require cleaning. Powder mesh size -325/+500 Type 3, 90% metals. Classified as ROL0 per J-STD-004 and complies to Bellcore GR-78. Paste must be refrigerated. This item may incurr additional shipping charges.
