Kester EM907 Lead-Free No-Clean Solder Paste, Type 3, 88.5% metals, 600 Gram Cartridge (57-3043-9913)

Kester 57-3043-9913 lead-free, air and nitrogen reflowable no-clean solder paste is specifically designed for the thermal requirements of lead free alloys including SN96.5 AG3.0 CU 0.5 alloy. Paste is capable of stencil printing downtimes up to 60 minutes with an effective first print down to 20 mils without kneading. Paste can produce lead-free joints that closely resemble those achieved with SN/PB solder paste. Excellent continual printability for fine pitch (0.4mm/16mils) and is able to print at high speeds up to 6"/s (150mm/s). 88.5% metals: stencil printing. Exceeds reliablity standards required by J-STD-004. RoHS compliant. 600 Gram Cartridge. Paste must be refrigerated. This item may incurr additional shipping charges.
