CREDIT CARD SECURITY Secure Shopping with your Credit Card Our site is a Secure Shopping Site. When an order is placed online, the credit card information you submit is forwarded directly to the bank where the information you provide is verified, billed to your account and encrypted for your protection. We do not have access to your credit card information. If we need to adjust an order you have already placed online (e.g. price adjustments, item cancellations, order cancellations) we will need you to submit your credit card information (the last four digits of your credit card number, the expiration date and ccv) to a Concorde representative in order to make adjustments to your credit card bill.

BACKORDERS If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
ONLINE PRICING When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change in price or the inability to supply a particular item, we will always contact you first to ensure that the change we have made is acceptable. Upon receipt of notification, you have the option to cancel your order if the pricing and/or order adjustment is unacceptable. Your order will not be adjusted without your approval.
PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Established accounts will be invoiced Net 30 payment terms.
SALES TAX 7% sales tax will be charged to orders shipped within New Jersey. Shipments to New York will be charged online-sales tax according to the tax schedule set by the State of New York. Shipments outside of NJ and NY will not be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING CHARGES All orders are shipped F.O.B. South Hackensack, NJ. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Shipping Charges and Ordering Recommendations Hazardous Materials are subject to carrier surcharges as well as shipping and handling charges. UPS charges a fee of $25.00 per package in addition to shipping and handling charges. We recommend the user purchase chemicals in case quantities of the same UN Number (see the item description for the UN Number) to minimize hazardous materials shipping charges. Gallon size containers, of the same UN Number, can be shipped as singles, doubles or four-packs. Five-gallon containers are shipped individually. HazMat orders need to be shipped complete. Out-of-stock hazmat products can be backordered and shipped when your order is complete. (There is an approximate 3-week lead time for backordered hazmat products. e.g. soldering flux). Feel free to contact us if you need to know the the availability of an item before you place your order.HazMat products are not returnable.
Hazardous Materials Shipping Charges HazMat Shipping Charges are not included in your order total at the time of Checkout. The UPS system cannot accurately calculate hazmat shipping charges. The UPS HazMat Shipping Charge will need to be determined and a representative will notify you of the additional fees applicable to your order. Your order will not be adjusted without your approval. You have the option to cancel your order or accept the additional shipping charges. Perishable Goods Shipping Charges Overnight Shipping Charges may not be included in your order total at the time of Checkout. If your order needs to be shipped outside of UPS Zone 2 (NJ zip 07606) you need to select the "UPS Next Day Air" or "UPS Next Day Air Early A.M." Option at the time of Checkout. If your order requires "UPS Next Day Air" (a.k.a. UPS Red) shipping and you have not requested overnight delivery, the UPS Next Day Air (UPS Red) Shipping Charge will need to be determined and a representative will notify you of the additional fees applicable to your order. Your order will not be adjusted without your approval. You have the option to cancel your order or accept the additional shipping charges. Perishable items include products such as solder pastes and certain adhesives.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR OVERWEIGHT BULKY ITEMS Overweight or bulky items (e.g. items purchased in very large quantities, shelving, chairs, etc.) may be drop-shipped from the factory directly to you (F.O.B. Factory) and may be subject to additional handling charges. Orders will be shipped via UPS unless instructed otherwise, in writing, by the consignee. The manufacturer will determine the method to be used to ship the order. (e.g. The manufacturer may determine that some orders are best to be shipped via common carrier rather than UPS). Each order will be assessed individually to determine eligibity of F.O.B. Factory shipping terms. Items purchased in large quantities may be considered for F.O.B. Factory shipping terms.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR BULK-QUANTITY ORDERS Items purchased in very large quantities may be drop-shipped from the factory directly to you (F.O.B. Factory) and may be subject to additional handling charges. Orders will be shipped via UPS unless instructed otherwise, in writing, by the consignee. Each order will be assessed individually to determine eligibity of F.O.B. Factory shipping terms. Items purchased in large quantities may be considered for F.O.B. Factory shipping terms.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS and CLAIMS Damaged Shipments and Claims Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made within three (3) days of receipt of goods. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Concorde and the Carrier immediately for package inspection. Shipper is not responsible for unreported discrepancies.
If your package was received via UPS, contact UPS Customer Service at 800-742-5877. When asked by the voice-activated prompts to make a selection, respond to the prompts by asking for "Customer Service". You may be asked a second time to make your selection. Again respond by asking for "Customer Service". You will be transfered to a representative. (Have you package tracking number available when calling). The tracking number can be found on the bar coded shipping label on your package.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact the sales department at 800-222-1298 for the correct return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must be shipped prepaid, in manufacturer's original packaging, in resalable condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of credit (exclusive of shipping charges) or exchange. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Restocking Charges, Special Orders and Non-Stock Items Non-stocking and special-order items are not returnable. Some non-stock and special-order items are returnable but a restocking fee may apply. Each item will be evaluated individually for eligibilty of return. Non-stock (specially ordered) items need to be returned to the appropriate manufacturer. Items deemed acceptable for return, by the manufacturer, will likely incur a restocking charge and return shipping charge. Restocking fees are set by the manufacturer and are non-negotiable. Manufacturers have the right to determine the restocking charge they deem appropriate. Fees usually range between 15 - 30%. Contact Concorde if you need more information regarding the return of a non-stock or special-order item.
All HazMat chemicals are not returnable (e.g. hazmat chemicals, fluxes and paste). Feel free to contact us at 201-488-7474 regarding our return policy before you submit you order.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES We guarantee your satisfaction. All warranties are manufacturers' warranties. Merchandise proven, by the manufacturer, to be defective will be replaced by the Seller (Concorde) if the defect is due to manufacturing and the manufacturer authorizes replacement. Seller (Concorde) will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the items sold to the buyer.
PRIVACY POLICY We do not sell data collected on our website to other firms. Data gathered on our site is used only to complete transactions.
Shipment of Perishable Items (Shipping Charges & Ordering Recommendations) Perishable items (items that need to be refrigerated e.g. solder paste) must be shipped overnight via UPS Red or FedEx Express. These items cannot be shipped on a Friday or before a holiday when the UPS facility will be closed. Perishable items shipped within UPS Zone 2 (NJ zip 07606) may not require overnight shipping. Shipments that qualify will be shipped via UPS ground service. Solder Paste orders need to be shipped complete. Out-of-stock items can be backordered and shipped when your order is complete. (There is a 3-4 week lead time for backordered solder paste orders). Feel free to contact us if you need to know the availability of this item before your place your order.
