Xuron 2175 is an extremely durable and versatile wire cutter tough enough for harnesses and cables with the precision to cut material less than 1 mil. thick. Effort-reducing tools have cutting edges that by-pass, like blades on a scissor, producing a precise, shear cut. Shear-cutting tool requires less cutting effort than conventional compression-type cutter and less cutting effort means fewer fatigue related complaints. Ergonomically designed, lightweight cutter has a glare eliminating black finish. Non-slip grips and the ultra-slim design allows for easier access into confined, hard-to-reach areas. Non-protruding, flat spring provides an excellent "feel" without excessive spring tension. Rugged yet precise, tool will flush cut soft wire up to 12 awg (2.05mm). 6". The 2175 is available with optional lead catcher (2175F).
