Credit Card Security
Secure Shopping with your Credit Card
When you place your order online, the credit card information you submit is forwarded directly to Authorize.Net where it is verified and encrypted for your protection. We do not have access to your credit card information.

Business Hours
Our normal business hours are between 8:00m and 4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Inventory
Our site does not currently display inventory information. Feel free to contact us at 800-222-1298 if you need to know the availability of an item before you place your order.

Backorders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Pricing
Due to fluctuating market costs, prices are subject to change without notice on some items (e.g. solder). Unless otherwise stated, prices are net and F.O.B. our warehouse or factory.
In the event that we have inadvertently made an error in pricing, the price will be corrected and you will be notified of the change. You have the option to cancel your order if the pricing adjustment is unacceptable. We offer quantity price breaks on most items, and extra discounts may be available for large quantity purchases. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal.. Established accounts will be invoiced Net 30 payment terms.

Sales Tax
7% sales tax will be charged to orders shipped within New Jersey. Shipments to New York will be charged online-sales tax according to the tax schedule set by the State of New York.
Shipments outside of NJ and NY will not be charged sales tax.

!Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped F.O.B. South Hackensack, NJ.
Our web site adds shipping charges to your online order. The shipping charge is calculated according to the particular item your're buying and where it is shipping. Hazardous handling fees, very heavy or large items (e.g. workstations, shelving units) and mixed stock/non-stock purchases may prevent the website from calculating shipping charges. Hazmat charges need to be determined and you will be notified of the shipping fee. We cannot ship HazMat items via FedEx Ground service.

Hazardous Materials
Hazardous Materials are subject to carrier surcharges as well as shipping charges. UPS charges a fee of $30.00 per package in addition to the shipping charges.
We recommend the user purchase chemicals in case quantities of the same UN Number. Gallon size containers, of the same UN Number, can be shipped as singles, doubles or four-packs. 5-gallon containers are shipped individually. Hazardous materials are not refundable or returnable

"Refrigeration Required" Shipping Rates
"Refrigeration Required" perishable items (e.g. solder paste) must be shipped overnight via UPS-Next Day Air Service or Federal Express Next Day Delivery. You must select the overnight shipping option of your choice when ordering. These items cannot be shipped on a Friday or before a holiday. Orders shipped within UPS Zone 2 (from NJ zip code 07606) will not require overnight shipping and can be shipped via UPS Ground service.

Damaged Shipments and Claims
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.. Customers are responsible for damaged shipment claims. We recommend claims be filed immediately with the carrier. After you have reported the damaged package to the carrier, contact Concorde regarding the missing or damaged items.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the standard stock item you have purchased, you can return it for an exchange or full refund. If your return is the result of our error, we will refund your shipping charge. Stock items will not incur a restocking charge. We ask that your return be made within 30 days

To return an item, contact the sales department at 800-222-1298 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be accompanied by an RMA.

All returns must be shipped prepaid, in manufacturer's original unmodified packaging and in resalable condition (exclusive of shipping charges).

**Custom orders and non-standard stock items can not be returned. For some items a restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for damaged shipment claims. We recommend claims be filed immediately with the carrier.

Perishable, "refrigeration required" items such as solder paste are not returnable, Hazardous materials and special order items are also not returnable.

!Warranties
We guarantee your satisfaction. All warranties are manufacturers' warranties. All materials are guaranteed, provided they have not been damaged or used improperly. Seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantities of materials proved to be defective. Seller will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the items sold to the buyer.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell data collected on our website to other firms. Data gathered on our site is used only to complete transactions.
