Electrical Tests
Voltage leakage and ESD resistance measurements to MIL-STD specifications are made while the soldering tool is energized and at full heat. A custom receptacle and shim stock test coupon simplify the procedure. Results are displayed digitally.

Statistical Process Control
A communications interface enables connection with a chart recorder or data logger and creation of a permanent test record for SPC and other uses.
